6. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to operate safaris as planned, circumstances beyond our control may require changes. These may include weather conditions, road conditions, wildlife movements, or operational requirements of lodges and camps. Alternative arrangements of similar quality will be provided where possible. No refunds will be given for minor itinerary changes that do not materially affect the overall safari experience.
7. Photography & Media
Taimex Safaris may take photographs and videos during your safari for marketing purposes. By booking with us, you consent to the use of such images unless you notify us in writing prior to your safari. Commercial drone photography requires special permits and prior arrangement.
8. Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to sustainable tourism. All guests are expected to respect wildlife, local communities, and the environment. This includes maintaining safe distances from animals, not littering, and following all park rules and regulations. Feeding or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
